How personal data is processed when you use lee-dev.de.
1. Controller

2. Website delivery and server logs
When the site is accessed, the hosting infrastructure processes the IP address, request time, requested path, response status and technical browser information required to deliver and secure the service. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is secure and stable operation. Access logs are deleted or rotated after no more than 14 days unless a security incident requires longer evidence preservation.
3. Project inquiries
The order form processes your name, contact details, company, project brief, budget range, timeline and optional asset links so we can review and answer your request. Processing before a possible contract is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; voluntary additional details are processed on the same basis where necessary for the request. Required fields are marked. Without them, we cannot evaluate the inquiry.
4. Retention
Unaccepted, rejected, cancelled or unanswered project inquiries are deleted after six months. If a contract is formed, relevant correspondence and accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory periods, generally six or ten years under German commercial and tax law.
5. Email delivery and hosting
Hosting providers and the configured transactional email provider process data on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR where applicable. The current email service is only used to deliver and route messages. Data is disclosed to other recipients only where necessary, legally required or separately authorised.
6. Cookies and external media
This site does not use analytics, advertising cookies or third-party embeds by default. Technically necessary data may be stored only where required for security or form delivery. External links load third-party services only after you follow them.
7. Security
Transmission is protected with TLS. Access to stored inquiries is restricted, infrastructure is updated regularly and backups are protected according to the technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and object to processing where the legal requirements are met. You may also complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority. Contact us using the address above to exercise your rights.
